Responsibilities:

• Build your own business by developing ongoing relationships with substantial manufacturing clients
• Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
• Manage current relationships within the business
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Source and present qualified candidates who meet your client's specific needs
• Write and tailor advertisements that attract the right talent
• Utilize our database, incoming applications, job boards, and online tools to find the best candidates
• Develop your own network of skilled professionals to introduce to potential employers
